Santony project has been designed for famous developer Civitech who is entering in commercial market with this project. Project was initially conceptualized by famous architect Hafiz contractor. This is a commercial project comprises of commercial space, office spaces, retail shops, exclusive shops and many more. This project located Near Ak Murty Chawk in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension).

This project provides many special facilities like Food court, Restaurants, Multiplexes, Hyper market, Bar & Pub, Banquet and separate High street area. The project is spread over 3.5-Acre land and is based on modern style mall structure. It is one of its kind project with 6 floors of retail shops and  banquet. The upper floors which spans up to 22 floors have offices and service apartments in single tower. A ten-screen multiplex has been designed with 1200 seating capacity approx. It’s a 3-side open commercial plot with one side for high street dedicatedly. It is surrounded by already developed housing projects.
